Shower steamers are a slow-release form of bath bombs made to be used in your shower on a ledge in the tub or small saucer, (not for bath). When activated, they deliver powerful scent of menthol, eucalyptus and peppermint oils to the warm, steamy air in the shower. The menthol and Eucalyptus essential oil has long been used to help with congestion. With added Peppermint essential oil, all will be delivered in steam inhalation form. Lavender is also available for what is said to be a calming effect.
