Shower steamers are a slow-release form of bath bombs made to be used in your shower on a ledge in the tub or small saucer, or out of direct shower spray (not for bath). When activated, they deliver powerful scents of menthol, eucalyptus and peppermint, or calming Lavender, or fresh citrus oils to the warm, steamy air in the shower. The menthol and eucalyptus essential oil is said to have long been used to help with congestion. Lavender is also available for what is said to be a calming effect. Lemon wakes up your senses.
