All of our honey is Raw Honey which to most means it is not pasteurized. We do not pasteurize our honey. Doing so would kill all the all the natural enzymes and good qualities it should have. We do however lightly filter it to remove bits of beeswax, pollen and propolis.

We also have Raw Unfiltered Honey available as well for those that prefer it that way. With it being unfiltered you may find traces of beeswax, pollen and propolis. It is available in the same sizes as filtered honey.
